We are delighted here at Artemis to announce Marcin Nowak passed his ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) Certified Arborist programme at the end of January.
Marcin initially joined us in 2015 helping to keep our yard running smoothly. He showed such an interest in tree surgery that he began training to become a fully accredited arborist. Marcin is now one of our most qualified, experienced and respected climbers and team leaders.
To apply to the ISA training programme, Marcin needed at least three years full-time experience in arboriculture. The certification covers a large range of arboriculture-related topics including tree biology, safety practices and diagnosis, adding to his existing knowledge in more detail.
ISA certifications are globally recognised and require a huge amount of study and commitment to pass which is why we are so proud of Marcin’s achievement. Marcin’s ISA certificate complements his UK based accreditations, showing how professionally trained and knowledgeable our workforce is in all aspects of arboriculture – even internationally.
