This week the Arb Show takes place at Westonbirt, the National Arboretum in Gloucestershire and on Friday 17 our very own Marcin Nowak will be competing in the Arb Show Open Climbing Competition.
As a celebration of the world of tree care, the Arb Show stands as the biggest UK arboriculture show, offering a unique experience for all tree care professionals. This year’s Open Climbing Competition introduces a fresh format, allowing climbers to opt for the new ’10 Bell Tree Climbing challenge’, the Work Climb (ISA Rules), or both categories. Open to climbers of all levels, the competition is organized by a dedicated team of Arboricultural Association volunteers, aiming to advance UK climbing practice and safety. With guidance from expert lecturers, this team has educated countless students, promoting best practices and raising industry standards from the ground up.
The competition promises to be a test of speed, skill, and accuracy, pitting Marcin against some stiff competition. Regardless of the outcome, we are extremely proud of Marcin for his participation.
