It takes place from 10 to 16 February 2025. The week brings together everyone passionate about apprenticeships and skills to celebrate the value, benefit, and opportunity that they bring. The Department for Education are delighted to announce that the theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2025 is ‘Skills For Life’.
As part of our commitment to developing the next generation of arborists, we established the Artemis Academy – our dedicated training programme designed to equip apprentices with the skills, experience, and qualifications needed to thrive in the tree care industry.
Through a structured two-year apprenticeship, our trainees gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled professionals, combined with classroom instruction and industry-recognised certifications. This comprehensive approach ensures they develop not only technical expertise but also the confidence to build a successful career in arboriculture.
Many of our apprentices go on to become fully qualified tree surgeons, team leaders, and key members of the Artemis team. Investing in young talent strengthens our business, the industry, and the future of tree care.
