Recently, our team tackled the removal of a 10 metre high Cherry Tree from a client’s back garden in West Hyde, Rickmansworth. The tree was completely dead and was overhanging the neighbour’s fence, making it necessary to take action.
On a cold and frosty day, our experienced arborists arrived on-site and sectionally dismantled the tree down to near ground level. Working efficiently, we ensured the safe removal of branches and timber while minimising disruption to the surroundings.
After felling the tree, we ground out the stump to at least 200mm below ground level, leaving all stump arisings as in-fill. We cleared away the chip and smaller branches, while the larger diameter wood was cut into manageable pieces, allowing the client to split and use it as firewood.
Another job done safely and professionally – even in challenging winter conditions!
