Artemis is proud to have worked with Home Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of housing, health & social care, since 2014.  Home Group was established in 1935 to help people during The Great Depression and now supports some of the most vulnerable in society, including people with mental and physical health issues. These days they support over 115,000 customers across 55,000 properties with a turnover of £406m.

Artemis has worked on a range of projects for Home Group from grounds maintenance in communal gardens to emergency removal of fallen trees blocking roads. Home Group’s out-going Scheme Manager recently took the time to send us the following message in praise of the service she has received from Artemis.

“I wanted to email you to commend all the staff I have dealt with at Artemis.

 

From start to finish – the very initial chat with office staff, talking with the people who come out to give quotes, and the people coming out to carry out the work. The office staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming – helping me with parking permits etc, nothing is too much trouble.

 

Surveyors are polite and helpful, answering and explaining any queries. And the staff who come to cut the trees are all wonderful, they are an absolute credit to your company.

 

It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with your company and I have (and will continue to) recommend you to all my colleagues. I sincerely hope I have many more dealings with Artemis in the future.
