Artemis Tree Services installed an outdoor classroom at a local junior school. St Mary and All Saints Church of England Primary School in Beaconsfield asked for our help to create a reading circle to create more opportunity for outdoor learning. The English Outdoor Council has shown that direct experience outdoors motivates children and “allows participants to develop values and opinions that are informed by first hand experience of the natural world”. By working with the school we are hopeful that more children will develop an affinity with our great outdoors and its flora and fauna, building a future generation of tree lovers.
