Aston Returns to Artemis | Artemis Tree Services

We are delighted to welcome Aston back to Artemis as a Tree Surgeon and Team Leader.

Aston previously completed the Artemis Academy before pursuing other opportunities. Now, he’s returned to our team this year, taking on the role of Team Leader.

Aston started out in tree surgery working with two other companies, each for a year. While he enjoyed the work he wanted to gain the correct qualifications for the trade. This led him to join the Artemis Academy where he stayed for two years.

Afterwards, Aston decided to explore opportunities in some different industries. He polished gold for Lamberts in London, where he had a family connection with the company. Not particularly enjoying this, he moved to a company selling Windows and Doors.

However, as Aston says himself, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, and he missed the tree work. Recognizing his passion for arboriculture, he decided to return to Artemis, and is now working as a Team Leader.

Aston is confident that he made the right choice to come back. He loves the work and wonders why he ever left. He is enjoying being a Team Leader and aspires to be a Quoter in the future.

When he’s not working, Aston enjoys spending time on his motocross bike and hanging out with his dog, Stanley. He also goes to watch Watford FC games on a regular basis.

The survey outlined what would be required, advised on any contact for consent from neighbours if required and what the short and long term expectations would be. The team that undertook the extreme pruning of fir trees on the boundary of my property were polite, engaging, professional and made sure I was happy with the end result. Never having had to engage a tree services before I had no idea of pricing and was more than surprised at the value for money. Meticulously clearing up afterwards and removing all debris the same day. Plus points, everything, negative points, none. I would most highly recommend.

I needed some fir trees trimmed back as they were overgrowing the border fence . From the very first contact right through to the completion of works their whole team were always prompt and on time , professional , knowledgeable and efficient . There was regular communication and reminders leading up to the booked appointment . During the initial survey and appointment everything was explained and my inquisitive questions engaged and answered. They completed the work and cleared up everything . Great service and would definitely use them again .

Two guys that did the work were friendly, organised and probably left the garden looking tidier than when they started. Thoroughly recommended.

Artemis took down two lime trees who's roots had damaged the garage floor and were an inch away from the foundations of the house . The trees were in a very awkward place to get to but this didn't see... The trees were in a very awkward place to get to but this didn't seem to trouble this highly competent team. The team were extremely well equipped , and they worked together like a well oiled machine. We were delighted with their work, tidiness and very pleasant manner. And it was at a fair price.
