Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence | Artemis Tree Services

Established in 1998, Artemis Tree Services is delighted to be celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. In our 20 years of operating, we have grown from a sole trader to an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor, providing a service that makes us the arborist of choice in our area. As our platinum anniversary suggests, we are known for our strong and enduring qualities.

We have come a long way in our 20 years and continue to develop our staff and systems to move with the times. We use cloud-based client management software and have systems in place to provide both the personal touch needed for domestic clients and the larger scale operations needed for industry clients.

Artemis encourages staff to grow and progress within the company. Whilst we have close links with the Capel Manor Apprentice scheme and actively encourage young people to join Artemis, our longest serving member of the team has been with Artemis for almost our full 20 years, taking sabbaticals but returning to his core climbing role year on year.

To mark our anniversary, we held a summer party for all our staff, associates and their families. With over 32 employees including administration staff, apprentices and skilled arborists, much fun in the sun was had by all.

Trees keep on growing and we have many clients return to us time and again. Artemis always strives to provide a platinum service and we certainly hope to be strong enough to be around in another 20 years’ time. The survey outlined what would be required, advised on any contact for consent from neighbours if required and what the short and long term expectations would be. The team that undertook the extreme pruning of fir trees on the boundary of my property were polite, engaging, professional and made sure I was happy with the end result. Never having had to engage a tree services before I had no idea of pricing and was more than surprised at the value for money. Meticulously clearing up afterwards and removing all debris the same day. Plus points, everything, negative points, none. I would most highly recommend.

I needed some fir trees trimmed back as they were overgrowing the border fence . From the very first contact right through to the completion of works their whole team were always prompt and on time , professional , knowledgeable and efficient . There was regular communication and reminders leading up to the booked appointment . During the initial survey and appointment everything was explained and my inquisitive questions engaged and answered. They completed the work and cleared up everything . Great service and would definitely use them again .

Two guys that did the work were friendly, organised and probably left the garden looking tidier than when they started. Thoroughly recommended.

Artemis took down two lime trees who's roots had damaged the garage floor and were an inch away from the foundations of the house . The trees were in a very awkward place to get to but this didn't see... The trees were in a very awkward place to get to but this didn't seem to trouble this highly competent team. The team were extremely well equipped , and they worked together like a well oiled machine. We were delighted with their work, tidiness and very pleasant manner. And it was at a fair price.
