Artemis Tree Services has vast experience in the commercial sector and all aspects of commercial tree work. We have worked with businesses, councils, schools, hospitals, highways companies, railways, utility companies, housing developments and housing associations. We have a reputation with our customers of being a contractor they can trust.
We provide an initial single point of contact, Aaron Walsh – our Commercial Director, who has in-depth knowledge of tree work and understanding of the needs of commercial organisations. We are able to plan work, taking into consideration commercial needs such as large scale projects, traffic control, public safety and minimising disruption. We always supply RAMS prior to commencement of works.
Artemis recognises that commercial clients have very short deadlines and need an immediate response. Aaron is on hand to discuss any on-site issues involving trees. We can usually get a fully equipped tree team to the site within 48 hours.
Our commercial section can work on day rates or on a contract basis. We have a flexible workforce and can cover smaller, one-team jobs through to large-scale site management projects. Services we provide include:
All our Arborists hold relevant NPTC and first aid qualifications (including aerial rescue). We have full public liability insurance and all our work is carried out in accordance with Site Specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments. These will always be issued prior to our site visit to enable review and sign off from all parties. All our work is carried out to the legal British Standards (BS 3998). We are also an Arb Association Approved contractor, giving you total peace of mind when using our services.
At Artemis Tree Services, we have won many prestigious sites. These include the BBC Television Centre regeneration in White City, London, which involved removing around 100 x 20m London Plane trees. This was particularly difficult as a large proportion of the works were overhanging London Underground train tracks and had to be completed during night shifts.
Winning major works on Europe’s largest construction site Elephant Park was one of our greatest achievements, this kept a number of our specialist team busy for a number of years! These works involved multiple road closures and complex traffic management.
